1. 語言中心114學年度「大一英文」與「英文聽講」課程採分級分班教學。四技甄選入學、聯合登記分發及高中生申請入學的學生將依報名時提供的成績進行分班。

2. 下列管道入學的新生， 因無法取得相關英文成績，請務必填寫Google表單，以利分班。
   (1)科技校院繁星計畫
   (2)特殊選才
   (3)技優保送
   (4)技優甄審
   (5)其他非上述特殊入學管道
   (6)外籍學生

3.  Google表單請務必於8月10日(日)前填寫完畢，所有資料務必由學生本人照實填寫，並提供可清楚辨識姓名與「統測」或「學測」或各類英檢測驗成績之佐證，以作為英文分級分班依據。

4. 若*無法提供*上述成績與佐證之新生，請於114年7月16日至114年8月15日(五)前參加線上大一英文分級分班測驗，以利分班，謝謝。

5. 若未依規定時程填寫完畢或填寫不完整，將影響您大一英文課程的分級分班結果，且需自行承擔後續安排與相關責任，恕不接受事後更動與異議。請務必確實完成，以保障自身權益。

• Important Notice for All Incoming Students: For the 114th academic year, the Language Center will implement level-based placement for the courses “Freshman English” and “English Listening and Speaking.” Students admitted through the following channels—Four-Year Technical and Vocational College Admission by Application, Joint College Entrance Allocation, and General Senior High School Admission by Application—will be placed based on the English proficiency scores submitted during the application process.

• Students admitted through the following special admission channels must complete the designated Google Form, as English proficiency scores are not available from their application data. This is necessary for appropriate placement:

  (5) Other Special Admission Channels not listed above
  (6) International Students

• Please ensure the Google Form is fully completed by Sunday, August 10. All information must be filled out honestly by the student, and supporting documentation must be provided that clearly shows the student's full name and English proficiency results (e.g., from the Unified Technical and Vocational Education Examination, General Scholastic Ability Test, or other recognized English proficiency tests). These documents will serve as the basis for placement.

• Students who cannot provide the aforementioned test scores and supporting documentation must take the Online Freshman English Placement Test from July 16, 2025 to August 15, 2025, to facilitate placement.

  Username and password: Your National ID Number or Alien Resident Certificate Number.

• Failure to complete the form on time or submitting incomplete information will affect your placement in the Freshman English courses. You will be solely responsible for any resulting arrangements or consequences. No changes or appeals will be accepted after the deadline. Please complete the process accurately to safeguard your academic rights.
